Prelim task- Filming a Conversation.

For this task we had to film a 30 second face to face conversation between two people. This involves filming & editing a character opening a door, crossing a room and sharing a few lines of dialogue.
This task should demonstrate;

• match on action
• shot-reverse-shot
• 180 degree rule.

Last thursday, we completed our filming for this piece. We used Ellouise Champion as the face of our twins and Amie Flowers as the body double. As complicated as the concept of filming identical twins may sound, as a group we found it relatively easy. We decided to use the mise-en-scene element of costume to define the different twins, This was easy to film as we filmed all of twin 2's (wooly jumper) first over Amie's shoulder and then we simply switched the jumper and coat and done it backwards. This was so easy to film and i think as a group we achieved it well.
